There are a great many resources available that comprise:

  • statistics on the participation of women in SETT as students and professionals,
  • research into the factors that affect recruitment, retention and advancement of SETT women, and
  • effective practices to increase the numbers, career success and leadership of women in these fields.

Many of the documents have content on one, two or all three of these aspects. We selected some of the most relevant, have sorted the information in the two sub-pages, and will keep adding additional resources.
