EQUITY IN ACTION: CULTIVATING INCLUSIVE WORKPLACES

Recently promoted or want to improve your management skills? As a leader in a SETT workplace, there are a number of skills you can learn to improve employee relations, get results, and improve working conditions for the under-represented groups like women, BIPOC, LGBTQ+, and others in SETT workplaces.

Become better equipped to be an effective supervisor, team lead, or senior leader with this six-week, six-part course program, based on the latest research and best practices to recruit and retain talent, while improving respect and inclusivity in the workplace.

Each session is 90-minutes long and offered online through Zoom by a skilled, professional facilitator.

This series is highly-recommended for mid-career science, engineering, trades, and technology professionals interested in improving leadership and management skills.
Course registration is non-refundable and missed sessions are not credited. For more schedule flexibility, book individual sessions. Online courses are limited to 35 participants maximum, with a minimum number required to proceed.
